Scheduled redelivery: the courier (TNT Transport), if unable to reach you at the time of delivery, will contact you to agree a better time to deliver your order!

  Delivey times

7 working days from the date the order is entered, except for reasons of force majeure (e.g.: bad weather, strikes).

Monitoring: you can check on your delivery at any time through the online tracking service provided by the courier; you will be sent an email containing the link to display the exact location of your delivery step by step and have a more definite idea when it will arrive at its destination.

Checks: at the time the products are delivered, we recommend that you check that:

- the outer packaging is intact, undamaged and not wet or in any way altered, including the sealing materials;
- the number of parcels delivered matches the number shown on the delivery document.

 Where goods can be delivered

Purchases made on can be delivered throughout United Kingdom. For deliveries in other countries where the e-shop is in operation (Italy, Germany, France and Spain, go to, schoose the website of the country where you want the goods to be delivered, register and place the order on that website. 
Was something broken on arrival?
Don’t worry, just ask for a replacement or reimbursement!
In the event the goods received are flawed, defective and are not in compliance with the purchase order, you can access the replacement or reimbursement form within 8 days from the arrival of the order.
Once you have compiled the document, you will receive information directly from our customer service. The customer service will request photographs to show the nature of the defect or damage The photographs of the product are essential for the acceptance of the claim.
If the right of replacement or reimbursement has been correctly exercised, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you requested replacement goods, you will receive them within 10 working days from the date of the confirmation email.
If you requested a reimbursement instead, you will receive it within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of the confirmation email. In case you requested a partial reimbursement, all delivery costs will be deducted from the reimbursed amount. 


Is there something you’re not happy with? Return it, no problem!

The right to return goods is valid up to 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the products; in order to do so, use the withdrawal request  found in the ‘Info e-shop’ section of the website.

The right of withdrawal is subject however to the following conditions :

- the right can apply to the complete order or to part of it , but not to single pieces if the related items are sold in sets;
- products must be returned in the original package, complete of all its parts;
- transport charges are at the expense of the customer;
- shipment is under the customer’s responsibility;
- products must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days of the date the goods return form was sent.

If the right of return has been correctly exercised, Vetrerie Riunite will refund the Client within 14 (fourteen) days of the date the goods return form was sent.
In case of partial withdrawal of the order, the refunded amount will be net of the charged shipping costs.

The information concerning your credit card will be registered only by Unicredit bank. You data will not be registered in any way on our website.

Your card details will be requested on the Paypal page to which you will be redirected once you have chosen this payment method.

How to make a purchase in 3 easy steps!

1 - Choose the products you want from our online catalogue; click on the “add to shopping cart" button. Once you’ve finished loading your shopping cart, go to the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top or on the right side and click on the “proceed with purchase” button".
